1. Who we are
This website is operated by STRESSLESS ("we", "us"), 52 Ter Rue de Belfort, 90100 Joncherey, France, email stressless.dmcontact@gmail.com. SIRET number: registration in progress. VAT number: registration in progress. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. For products such as handheld consoles, the built-in game selection may vary slightly by batch.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros or in your local currency where available. Applicable taxes and shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, for example Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability of the product, and you are then refunded in full.

4. Orders and delivery
After you place an order, you receive a confirmation email, and the sales contract is formed when we confirm your order. Delivery conditions and customs information are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns
If you live in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. In addition, we offer a 30-day return period for all customers. The full conditions are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Legal guarantee
Consumers in the European Union benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable consumer law. Consumers elsewhere keep the rights they have under the laws of their country. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Use of our products
Please read and follow the user manual included with the product. We cannot be held responsible for damage or injury caused by using a product in a way it was not designed for.

8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country. We encourage you to contact us first at stressless.dmcontact@gmail.com so we can solve any issue. You may also use any out-of-court dispute resolution mechanism available under the law of your country.

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the day you order applies to your order.
