30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging. Please have your order number ready.

How to return an item
Email us at stressless.dmcontact@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before we confirm. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If it is, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to show it.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Right of withdrawal (European Union)
If your order is delivered in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement by email, for example: "I withdraw from my order no. ..., received on ...", before the 14 days end. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, and we may wait until we receive the item back or until you prove that you have sent it. You pay the direct cost of returning the item.
