We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address.
United States: processing takes 2 to 3 business days, then delivery takes 10 to 15 days. For other countries the delivery time varies. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply depending on your country. Unless they are shown at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with all accessories.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.
- Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund is issued to your original payment method.
Customers in the European Union also keep their legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a refund.
